We are looking for an Experienced Manager who will be responsible for personal customer service in the VIP segment.
Main tasks:
- Online customer support;
li>- Processing of incoming e-mail requests, chats, calls;
- Outbound activity in the form of SMS messages, e-mails, calls with the purpose of retention;
- Maintenance of the customer base.

It is important for us:
- Experience of working as a contact center manager from 6 months in the field of betting/gambling;
- Experience in online sales, telemarketing or experience as a VIP manager of online resources will be an advantage;
- Multitasking and work with several processes in parallel, ability to switch;
- Willingness to work for results and develop within the company;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
- Communication, passion for sports, sense of humor;
- Age from 21 (this is provided for by law about gaming business)
