Weare looking for a Junior HR Operations Specialist to work as part of the Talent team in the internal department.

Your future role will be:

• support daily HR processes and maintaining personnel documentation;
• preparation of HR data and basic reports, control of accuracy and confidentiality of information;
• support of payroll, benefits, welfare and recognition programs;
• support of onboarding and offboarding processes;
• collection and preparation of HR data in business units;
• assistance of HRBP in process administration;
• support and organizational support of projects and initiatives;
• assistance with the preparation of communication materials.

 What is important to us:

• higher or incomplete higher education in the field of accounting, economics or personnel management;
• confident use of MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint);
• English language —  from Intermediate (for working with documents and communications);
• attention to details, accuracy and a responsible approach to working with documents;
• ability to work with confidential information and follow the rules for its preservation;
• willingness to learn and develop in the HR field.
