Junior specialist in financial planning and analysis in Vchasno

We are looking for a Junior specialist in financial planning and analysis at Tabula Rasa - a Ukrainian food IT group companies that create digital solutions for business and the state.

About the team:

The team is engaged in the preparation of management financial reports, budgets, control of the implementation of the plan and analysis of the company's financial results.

What is important for this role:

• Higher education (economics, finance) / final year student
• Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets
• Understanding the principles and methods of accounting
• Knowledge of basic financial statements (Cashflow, P&L, BS)
• Desire to develop in the field of management accounting and financial analysis
• Flexibility and adaptability. We are at the stage of transferring existing / building new processes on the new accounting system (Business Central)
• Initiative and proactivity

Tasks:

• Control of payments within the budget, verification of the correctness of payment applications
• Participation in the preparation of monthly actual financial reports Cashflow and P&L
• Participation in the preparation of financial of the company's plan.Communication with department heads
• Allocation of costs to projects
• Collection and input initial data for the plan/fact of management reporting (working with bank statements, 1C, ZUP)
• Checking the correctness of analysts in the accounting system
• Analysis of the causes of plan/fact deviations, structure and cost dynamics and other costs
• Formation and updating of regular and one-time analytical reports, including dashboards and presentations
• Optimization and automation of current processes
