Operation analyst in Everstar

Now we are looking for Operation Analyst for our client — one of the largest developers and manufacturers of UAVs for the defense needs of Ukraine.

The team focuses on constantly improving the characteristics of the boards, using new approaches and technologies. Our own production facilities allow us to quickly implement changes and ideas.

Required skills and experience:

• Experience work on the position analytics 3+ years.
• Experience with 1C, Excel Macros.
• Experience with Jira, Google Workspace.
• Analytical thinking.

Your duties:

• Analysis and planning of quantitative and qualitative metrics.
• Collection and processing of information.
• Development of dashboards and formation of analytical reporting.
• Formation of the income and expenditure budget.
• Cooperation with related departments.
• Calculation and presentation of recycling, bonuses and awards.
