We are RecruitSoul and we believe that great teams are built by the right people. Our recruiting department is currently expanding, so we're looking for a Junior Sourcer - someone who likes to find the "impossible" and loves internet research.
What you will be doing:
Look for candidates: use LinkedIn, GitHub, Behance, Facebook and even Telegram channels to find specialists.
Analyze the market: understand where the people we need "live".
Be the first contact: write personalized, interesting messages to candidates that you want to answer "Yes!".
Work with the database (CRM): enter candidates into the system and maintain order.
Help recruiters: be the right hand in the preparation of job descriptions and appointments interview.
Our ideal candidate:
Has a "curious mind": you will not stop at the first page of Google.
Can write competently: Ukrainian is perfect, English is at the Intermediate level (to understand profiles on LinkedIn).
Communicative: you are not afraid to write to strangers people.
Learns quickly: you are ready to master Boolean Search, X-Ray search and other "magical" search tools.
Has a sense of humor: we like jokes and a light atmosphere in the team.

Payment: Rate [amount] UAH + bonuses for each found specialist who will go to work.
