• can plan your time and meet deadlines;

• communicate competently by mail and phone.

What tasks will you perform?

• process wholesale customer orders and dropshipping;

• prepare contracts, invoices, shipments;

• accompany customers in exchange, return and service (warranty) requests;

• add product cards to partner sites;

• assist Department Managers in daily tasks.

Our goals for the adaptation period:

• independent processing of orders: communication with customers, invoicing, shipping;

• completed partner request (Rosetka, Epicenter) to add product cards;

• timely processed complaints, service requests;

• correctly executed contracts.
