The main purpose of the position:
Ensure effective management of the compensation and benefits budget, as well as analytical decision support in the field of personnel compensation. The role is aimed at increasing the transparency and accuracy of planning, as well as providing management with high-quality analytics for strategic HR decisions.
The following interesting tasks await you:
- Calculation and maintenance of a detailed budget for wages and benefits (annual as well as periodic forecasts).
- Interaction with the finance department and HRBP to reconcile all budget indicators.
- Analysis of personnel costs, preparation of reports on actual indicators and analytics at the request of management.
- Participation in processes of automation and development of HR reporting.
- Calculation of the financial impact of changes in C&B policies on the budget of the company.
- Supporting the processes of annual salary review, calculation of annual bonuses and making changes to motivational programs.
- Market monitoring and participation in salary surveys (Korn Ferry), analysis of market data and preparation of recommendations for management regarding compensation and benefits.
- Evaluation of positions according to the Hay methodology and participation in the grading project.
- Preparation of regulatory documents in the field of compensation and benefits, active participation in the implementation of changes and optimization of processes.
We would like to see the following experience and qualities in you:
- 3 years of experience in the field of compensation and benefits, preferably in large systems companies.
- Higher education in the field of economics, finance, business administration or related areas.
- High level of mastery of Excel: work with large data sets, complex formulas, summary tables; confident analytics and visualization. Toknowledge of building dashboards from external sources will be an advantage.
- Experience with the HAY (Korn Ferry) grading system.
- Experience with SAP, ISPro systems.
- English at the Intermediate+ level.
- Activity, initiative, systems thinking, attention to detail and willingness to propose and implement process improvement.
