  work experience in recruiting/ in support/ administration/ or other positions related to people, CRM systems, tables;
• 
  language proficiency: Ukrainian/Russian and English not lower than B1 — for reading, communicating with candidates;
• 
  high level of communication and self-organization, responsibility;< /li>
• 
  ability to learn quickly and use acquired knowledge in practice;
• 
  strengths: sociability, perseverance, attention to details, patience; willingness to use creative and analytical abilities for quick and high-quality closing of vacancies;
• 
  availability of a laptop and stable access to the Internet.
  
  ? Duties:
• 1. Daily monitoring and sorting of incoming e-mail: resumes for vacancies, test tasks, correspondence with candidates.
• 
  2. Assistance to the recruiter with the search for candidates for vacancies and in the database.
• 
  3. Work with job sites, conducting prescreening with candidates.
• 
  4. Work with social networks to increase the candidate base
• 
  5. Updating the database of candidates in the Hurma SRM.
• 
  6. Search for new resources for posting vacancies.
