Requirements

• Basic knowledge of tools for candidate sourcing and attraction will be a plus.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Demonstrated interest in pursuing a career in recruitment and talent acquisition.

• Quick learner with a flexible mindset.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

• Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively.

• Willingness to contribute to team goals and objectives.

• At least a strong intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles.

• Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract diverse and qualified candidates.

• Conduct initial screenings of applicants, review resumes, and assess candidate qualifications against job requirements.

• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to evaluate candidate fit and competency.

• Collaborate with the hiring team to collect feedback on candidates and make informed hiring decisions.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely feedback and keeping candidates informed about their application status.

• Collaborate effectively with hiring managers and other stakeholders to meet hiring goals.

• Extend job offers and negotiate terms in alignment with company policies and candidates` expectations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Generate recruitment reports to analyze metrics and track the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on your results to effectively achieve the recruitment goals.
