An international product IT company is looking for an employee for the position - Junior Recruiter, who will lead the full recruitment cycle and help the company with closing vacancies in the field of traffic arbitration and not only (including closing technical vacancies). We are looking for a motivated and active candidate who is ready to bring results and grow together with the company.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full cycle of hiring employees (from initial communication with candidates and sourcing to the exit of the candidate and transfer to onboarding);
- Conducting the initial HR interview, determining the relevance of the candidate's experience;
- Communicating with candidates at all stages;
- Working with the CRM system.
Requirements:
- Experience of conducting a full recruitment cycle from 1 year;
- Experience of hiring for the position of "Media Buyer", "Affiliate Manager", understanding the specifics of closing vacancies in the field of traffic arbitration;
- Proficiency in English (level from B2, ideally from C1);
- Proactivity, focus on results.
Terms:
- Salary: fixed rate ($600) + bonus part (on average $200-500 per candidate);
- Fully remote work, work schedule: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 18:00 (GMT+2)
