We are currently looking for a talented intern in the recruitment and employer brand development department at EY. The main mission of our department is to attract the best talents, strengthening the company's reputation as an attractive place for career growth. Our team searches for candidates who share EY's values ​​and creates conditions for their effective adaptation and integration. Responsibilities

  • Help for which part of the rerouting process: job placement, sourcing, resume screening, initial interview, candidate testing, preparation of offers.
  • Help in organizing career events, presentations at educational institutions, competitions for students, workshops, open days and other events related to recruiting and the employer brand.
  • Supporting colleagues in the development, organization and implementation of events for students (generation of ideas, involvement in the promotional campaign and selection of participants, coordination of participants and speakers during the event itself).
  • Administration of the process of ordering and issuing corporate gifts for colleagues and potential candidates.
  • Generation of ideas for participation in events to attract young people to work at EY, as well as participation in such events (online and offline job fairs, forums, workshops, etc.)

Requirements

  • Student, or a recent graduate of HR, economics, linguistics, psychology or another related field.
  • The level of English proficiency is from B2, fluent in Ukrainian.
  • Developed time management and analytical skills.
  • Results oriented, proactive and responsible.
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
