What will be included in your duties?

• Search and hire new employees. (There are ready-made algorithms and hiring systems, but we will welcome your initiatives)
• Conduct interviews for applicants using a screening system and test tasks.

• Select contractors according to ready job profiles.

• Search and analyze the necessary information on the Internet.

• Perform non-standard tasks (search for specialists, order services, etc.).

• Edit and transcribe texts.

• Work with information in Excel tables.

• Additional HR tasks, including adaptation of new employees and development of corporate culture.

Our ideal candidate is:

• Specialist with experience in recruiting.

• Responsible singworker. Always ready to take responsibility for his tasks.

• Proactive person who knows how to make decisions independently.
