Junior Project Manager | Junior project coordinator in Workconsult

Workconsult — a consulting company and the official representative of JobNet.AG in Ukraine — is recruiting for the position of Junior Education Project Manager to work with JobNet.AG projects.

JobNet.AG — a German company with many years of experience in the field of organizational and IT consulting, which implements solutions for the labor market, the public sector and educational providers in Germany and Austria.

JobNet.AG Online Academy is an educational platform with a wide range of courses, seminars and coaching programs for partners and customers company, such as learning how to work with our systems, recruiting solutions, professional development programs and language courses.

We are looking for an attentive and responsible specialist to join the support and development of the JobNet.AG online academy in the German and Austrian markets.

Main duties:

• Administrative and organizational support for the head of the consulting department.
• Support in the coordination of consulting and IT projects for clients from Germany and Austria.
• Search for information and preparation of analytical reports (market for software solutions, digital services).
• Communication with existing and potential clients.
• Interaction with cross-functional company teams.
• Management, updating and administration of CRM.
• Preparation of documentation, presentations, reports and work materials at the request of the manager.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Knowledge of the German language at least B2 (preferably C1).
• High level of independence and developed organizational skills.
• Experience or understanding of project jobs.
• Confident skills in business communication and working with information.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with CRM systems.
