Junior Project Manager (ERP/Odoo) in Smart Tek Solutions

Requirements:

 - Experience working with Odoo (ERP system) for 6+ months;

- English - Upper-Intermediate and higher;

- Critical analytical thinking;

- Proficiency in project planning, including defining scope, creating timelines, and resource allocation;

- Proficiency in gathering, analyzing, and documenting client requirements for customization;

- Knowledge of technologies and tools for project management;

- Be able to understand and learn a new system functionality about customers' business processes;

- Efficient project management to keep the implementation on schedule and within budget;

- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve issues that may arise during implementation;

- Be able to negotiate and persuade;

- Communicative, problem-solving, and a good team player.

Responsibilities:

- Working with project documentation;

- Investigate issues in the customer's Odoo ERP system;

- Tasks creation with descriptions for developers;

- Tasks prioritization with developers;

- Tasks estimation with developers;

- Agreeing on deadlines for tasks completion with developers and clients;

- Potential risks analysis;

- Setting up a workflow in a team (development, testing, working with requirements);

- Learn new Odoo system functionality and ability to configure standard features;

- Tracking project statuses and progress;

- Following the proper priority of tasks;

- Tracking tasks load and progress of developers;

- Keeping the team in working order and team motivation;

- Communication with customers, and management of their expectations;

- Lead-up reports on projects progress;

- Presentation and demo sessions for clients.
