Project Manager/ Curator of educational programs (remote) in Web Academy

We are looking for a person who will be interested in the IT field and who already had experience working in educational projects or similar experience in another field.

Responsibilities:

• uploading materials to LMS;
• maintaining the group calendar;
• resolving all conflict situations;
• searching for trainers and launching new educational areas
• preparation for launching the course (adding students to the platform, creating chats, creating a course on the platform );
• release of groups
• feedback collection after the start of the course (telephone communication);
• generation of reviews in social media. networks;
• sending motivational letters;
• communication with trainers and course mentors (help with connecting to lectures, providing expectations from students, etc.);
• gathering feedback in in the middle / end of the course according to the results of the survey;
• opening access to courses of various packages;
• assistance to students in case of difficulties (correspondence, call);
• organization of consultations ;
• collection of information after the end of the course;
work on improving existing educational programs;
• organization of webinars/master classes and trips to IT companies.
• creation of podcasts with graduates

It will be great if you are:

- responsible, attentive and stress-resistant;
- able to find solutions to various situations;
- you have experience in customer service in an online school and with LMS;
- you have experience in organizing webinars
