You will work side by side with experienced SEO- specialists who promote sites to TOP positions in Google and create a new entertainment platform that will help users find the best offers from taking into account their individual preferences and requests.

Your lead will bePavlo, Project∏ manager with 10 years of experience in SEO, development, project and product management. Pavlo is a real expert in his field and will help you go from Junior to Middle PM, and maybe even higher!!!

What do you need to join our team? Come on, let me tell you:

• From 1 year of commercial experience as a Project manager in IT/marketing;

• Proficiency in English at level B1 and above;

• Understanding the full web project development cycle (SDLC);

• Skills in sprint planning, backlog management and task prioritization;

• Experience in drafting technical tasks (TOR) and functional specifications;

• Experience of organization and documentationof work processes;

• Wordpress admin panel skills="font-weight: 400; style: normal; text-decoration: none">

  Working skills in task managers (jira, trello, worksection. asana, etc);

• Understanding the principles of the sites , CMS, html, css, php, SI/CD;

• Understanding basic UI/UX principles;" : normal; text-decoration: none">

  Knowledge of project management methodologies (Scrum, Waterfall, Kanban, Agile);

• Skills for working in task managers (jira, trello, worksection. asana, etc);

• Skills for working with Google Workspace: Spreadsheets, Docs.

Nice to have:

• Experience in Affiliate marketing/iGaming/SEO agencies;

• Certification of specialized courses (IT Project Management/DAO PM/Project Manager in IT)

• Basic SEO knowledge (key ranking factors, technical SEO analysis);

• Experience with analytical tools: GA, Clarity, TDS Keitaro, etc.

• Management of the team's backlog (processing of incoming requests from the team, composition and prioritization of tasks);

• Formation and coordination of technical specifications with the team and developers;

• Planning the implementation of incoming tasks;

• Organization of interaction between teams of developers, SEO specialists, content managers, designers and researchers;

• Coordination of scope of work and distribution of tasks for the development team;

• Identifying dependencies between tasks of different teams and ensuring their synchronization;

• Checking and transfer of TK to the executor, control of execution and acceptance of the completed task within the specified deadlines;

• Analysis of performance of tasks;

• Regular reporting on the state of the backlog;

• Conducting regular meetings with teams of customers and performers (stand-ups, grooming, retrospectives);

• Tracking the workload of the teams involved and optimizing work processes;

• Constant monitoring of the technical performance of the sites and quick response to critical problems in the work of the sites;

• Creation and updating of product technical documentation and processes of interaction with teams;

• Checking data collection from analytical tools (GA, Clarity, Keitaro, etc).
