Junior project manager in We United Production

We are looking for a full-cycle production project manager who is passionate about managing the creation of cool video content and wants to be part of our creative team! Requirements:

• Understanding project management: from from initial information gathering to completion of all stages.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to effectively interact with clients and team via chat, video meetings and possibly face-to-face meetings.
• Proficiency in project management tools: experience or understanding of project management platforms and workflows. (We use Notion).
• Development in additional areas: Interest in basic development in areas such as SMM, prospecting, and fundamentals of digital marketing. This is a great opportunity to both develop your skills and experience and add value to team projects.

Responsibilities:

• Information gathering on a new project, including competitor analysis and reference search.
• Communicating with the client in chat and in person.
• Calculation of the project estimate (not to be confused with invoicing).
• Assist in finding locations and all aspects related to video.
• Assist in developing creative concepts for filming.
• Monitor project timelines.
• Communication with editors and checking video materials before use.
• Organization of production workflow.

Will be a plus:

< li>Work experience in the field of video production, marketing (SMM), or as a project manager.
• Knowledge of the basics of digital marketing and experience in participating in marketing campaigns.
• Skills in searching and attraction of new customers, including participation in tenders and negotiations.

Additionally:

• Attraction of new customers (+ % of the project cost as a bonus).
• Searching for tenders and working with them (+ % of the project cost as a bonus).
