Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher construction education/project management.
• Experience as a project manager from 5 years of premium class rural construction. 
• Knowledge of the technological processes of construction works and project management.
• Knowledge of the legal framework in construction, knowledge of technical regulations. 
• Financial literacy. 
• Experience in implementing projects from scratch to commissioning - must!
• Confident user of MS Project and other software products for project management. 
• Proactivity, result-oriented, high level of self-organization, analytical reporting.

Responsibilities:

< li>Participation in the development of the project concept.
• Participation in the development of detailed specifications for the design. Control of the implementation of project works.
• Control of the formation of the project budget, updating and compliance with the budget at all stages of the project.
• Formation and control of compliance with the project financing schedule.
• Participation in development of the project schedule, approval, updating and control of execution.  Preparation of monthly reports on the progress of project implementation.
• Control of drawing up a complete technical task and tender application.
• Control and verification of the assessment of the fulfillment of contractual obligations, including advance payments, payment of individual stages of work .
• Control of payables and receivables of counterparties. 
• Ensuring the organization and coordination of the activities of the author, technical supervision and other services.
• Control of completed works and signing acts of delivery and acceptance of works.
• Ensures control over compliance with the established norms of the duration of construction and terms of commissioning of construction objects.
