About the Role:
In this position, you will work at the intersection of product, marketing and affiliate direction.
The role gives the opportunity to:
— influence the development of product and marketing strategies;
— work with real performance metrics;
— launch new features and test hypotheses;
— participate in the creation and development of products for the affiliate market.
There are also many opportunities for the development of new directions, we are actively implementing AI tools and process automation, so it is important for this role to be open to learning and experimentation.
Duties and Responsibilities:
— Analysis of the online gambling market and the activity of competitors to identify new opportunities and risks.
— Communication with affiliate-managers, supporting product operational processes and helping to ensure the stable operation of projects.
— Cooperation with development and design teams to implement promotional activities and new features that improve the user experience.
— Formation of ideas and implementation through technical tasks for designers, developers and other teams.
— Content management in various projects, control of its quality and compliance with marketing goals.
— Monitoring of key metrics to optimize marketing activities and product.
— Participation in hypothesis testing, A/B testing and implementation of new product solutions.
Required Hard/Soft Skills:
— Experience with analytical tools (Google Analytics, Grafana, PowerBI or similar).
— Understanding of key product and marketing metrics: Conversion Rate, LTV, EPC, CPA, ROI.
— Knowledge of UX/UI to improve user experience.
— Experience in conducting A/B testing.
— Skills in conducting research and preparing clear documentation.
— Analytical thinking;
— Proactivity and initiative;
— Ability to learn quickly;
— Effective communication with various teams;

Preferred Skills:
— Experience in the position of Product Manager, Product Marketing Manager or Creative Marketing Manager.
— Deep understanding of online gambling products and industry trends.
— Understanding of traffic sources and the principles of operation of tracking systems.
— Experience of working with traffic arbitration tools (anti-detection browsers, trackers, cloaking systems, spy services).
— Experience of working with advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads and others).
— Understanding SEO principles to attract organic traffic.
— Experience using AI tools or AI agents to automate processes.
