Head of the direction of implementation of artificial intelligence in Universal Bank/Universal Bank

We will need your professionalism for:

• development and implementation of AI/LLM solutions in production
• construction and development of RAG systems and AI assistants
• integration of AI solutions into the existing IT systems of the bank
• optimization of quality, latency and cost of AI models
• creation and support of data pipelines and ML/LLM infrastructure
• scaling AI solutions and ensuring their stable operation
• participation in system architecture and technical decision-making

You are our candidate if:

• you have 5+ years of practical experience in AI / Machine Learning / Data Science
• worked in Team Lead or Solution Architect roles for 2 years or more
• have experience in launching AI products from scratch or scaling them
• well understand modern LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama) and their architecture
• worked with RAG systems, AI assistants or agent-based solutions
• have prompt engineering experience and LLM quality assessments
• have a good command of Python and have worked with APIs, data pipelines
• have experience with databases (SQL, Elasticsearch, vector DB)
• have worked with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD and cloud services (AWS / Azure / GCP)
• understand the principles of building scalable and reliable systems
