Junior Product Manager (Kyiv/Warsaw) in SKELAR

SKELAR is a Ukrainian venture builder that builds international tech businesses. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to win in global markets.

Today, SKELAR has a dozen businesses in various niches from EdTech to SaaS. These are the companies that have been awarded by Product Hunt, are included in the rankings of the TOP startups and product companies of Ukraine, occupy the highest ranks in the AppStore and develop platforms that are used by millions of people. TechCrunch, Wired and other global media also write about SKELAR businesses.

Now we are looking for a Junior Product Manager who will work on the user onboarding area in product.

Your future tasks:

— Generate product hypotheses and validate them through a huge number of A/B tests;
— Work on the system segmentation of users and determine which version of the product they get to receive the greatest ROI;
— Control the product development process at all stages: idea, design, development, analytics;
— Build a partnership with the marketing team;
— Conduct constant user and market research to find product bottlenecks and growth points.

In addition to businesses, we are developing the SKELAR foundation charity fund from the employees of our venture builder and in support of the Armed Forces. Within the framework of the initiative, we create and finance large projects that help bring our victory closer.
