Junior Power Platform Support Specialist in Capital Construction Group

Requirements:

• Higher education (computer science, systems analysis, economic informatics or technical specialties).
• Analytical thinking, the ability to understand the structure of data and the logic of processes.
• Experience with Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, logic, connections between tables).
• Basic knowledge of databases (tables, relations, unique keys).
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate or SharePoint preferred.
• English language at the level of reading technical documentation (B1 or higher).

Will be an advantage:

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems or any corporate platforms.
• Understanding the structure of business processes (supply, finance, HR, document management).
• Skills for describing process logic in the form of block diagrams or pseudocode.
• Attention, systematicity, willingness to learn and solve problems independently.
• Basic knowledge of REST API, OData, JSON.

Responsibilities:

• Support for users of Power Apps and Power Automate (registration of requests, diagnosis of problems, testing of fixes).
• Documentation of changes, creation of short instructions and reference materials.
• Analysis of the work logic of existing solutions in Dataverse, Power Automate and SharePoint.
• Participation in the development of new solution components together with a senior specialist.
• Solution version tracking, import/export via Solution Lifecycle Management.
• Checking dependencies between entities, tables, streams, security roles.
• Interaction with business users to gather requirements and describe changes.
