We are Vbet Ukraine – a bookmaker and organizer of gambling games, an official representative of the VBET brand, which has been operating in the Ukrainian market since 2020. VBET Ukraine was the first in the country to receive all three online gambling licenses from the Commission for the Regulation of Gambling and Lotteries of Ukraine. 

We are sure that customers are the soul of our business, and we are looking for a Customer care specialist in our dream team, who will become part of our team and provide support and help to our customers.

What is he, our future colleague:

• Experience of working directly with the client in any field (experience of working in betting - will an advantage);

• Proficiency in the Ukrainian language at a high level;

• Age from 21 (requirement of legislation in the field of gambling);

• Communication, politeness, responsibility;

• Willingness to work in a flexible schedule, including night shifts;

• Desire to develop in Customer Care and learn the product;

• Ability to work with a large amount of information;

• Readiness to work in a hybrid format.

Your daily tasks will be:

• Provide customers with technical and informational support in solving various questions;

• Provide excellent customer service via phone, email mail or online chat;

• Interact with other departments of the company to solve non-standard requests

• Help website visitors pass verification on the platform;

Will be a plus

• Experience in the field of betting / gambling

• Experience in support (chat, email, calls)

• Knowledge of the English language at the A2 level.

Employment and schedule: official employment and transparent salary, the company pays all taxes for you. The support team has a working schedule of 2/2 for 12 hours (08:00-20:00, 20:00-08:00). We work in a hybrid format, but be ready for changes in the office;
