Junior PHP Developer (Symfony) in Corefy

We are Corefy, a PayTech product IT company founded in 2016. Our made in Ukraine SaaS platform is a technology hub for orchestrating online payments.

We cooperate with such partners as Stripe, Google Pay, Apple Pay, MasterCard, Visa, AWS and others, have customers around the world and have implemented more than 600 payment methods.

We are looking for a PHP Developer in the integration team - here you will work with dozens of payment providers and see how your code affects real transactions around the world.

?? Our stack:PHP 8.1, Symfony 5-6, PostgreSQL, PHPUnit 9, Kafka, Kibana, Sentry, Redis, Elasticsearch, Vue 2-3, AWS (SQS), Docker, PhpStorm.

What you will be doing:

• Connect new payment providers
• Maintain and improve existing integrations
• Work with REST API
• Analyze technical specifications and implement them into the product
• Optimize code, fix bugs and simplify complex things
• Participate in code reviews and team work interactions
• Understanding how everything works under the hood

We care about:

• From 1 year of commercial PHP experience in a team developers
• Strong understanding of OOP
• Experience in FinTech or with online payments
• Experience with REST API or third-party service integrations
• Basic understanding of web application architecture
• Git experience
• Systems thinking, willingness to develop and understand complex systems
• Readiness take responsibility for the result: meeting deadlines and focus on achieving the set goals MVC framework
