Junior Operations Manager (FinOps + HR Ops)
client communication in all digital channels (messengers, email, social networks, web, voice, etc.). We help businesses scale support and sales without a proportional increase in costs, combining human and AI-agent processes.We are looking for a junior operations manager who loves order, numbers and accuracy, and wants to grow from "hands operations" into operations automation, agent development and AI Ops.
What will you do
FinOps
Keep track of payments and expenses in the Finauto financial system, enter data, check subscriptions and services (bank statements, payments from cards/bills, deposits in Finauto).
Prepare monthly P&L (plan/fact) based on data from Finauto and accounting.
Form payment information (Tech departments, Sales & Marketing), check logic/anomalies.
Adjust payments for holidays/sick days.
Additions to offers: updating conditions, making changes to systems, sending documents.
Document flow of cooperation with team members: FOP, contracts/agreements, control of signing in Paperless/Timely (or on paper), registration of termination of cooperation.
Onboarding/Offboarding: access control (PeopleForce + Jira-applications), communication with DevOps, technology return control.
Internal surveys (eNPS and others): launch, collection, basic processing of results.
Team Greetings: Budget, Order, Packaging, Shipping, Communication.
Developer tracking control in Jira (tracking discipline as the basis of the financial plan).
Requirements (must-have)
Very high attention to detail: numbers, deadlines, names, statuses, documents.
Basic understanding of finance: payments, expenses/income, P&L logic, reconciliations.
Understanding basic HR processes: offer, onboarding/offboarding, document management.
Ability to work with systems and tables: quickly understand new tools, accurately maintain data.
Liability and confidentiality (access, salaries, contracts).
Would be a plus
Experience with any financial system/ERP, HR system PeopleForce or other HRIS.
Jira (applications, statuses), Paperless/Timely or other e-sign document management.
Interest in automation: "how to do it without hands" (workflow/integrations/agents).
Growth potential
This role grows naturally in Operations Automation / AI Ops: you will see all repeated operations and gradually pack them into workflow and agents (Rule of 3?: done manually three times - automate).
