Main tasks:

• Search and recruit personnel for open vacancies (road workers, drivers and drivers of special equipment, office staff of all levels);
• coordinate the adaptation of new employees;
• maintain a database of teams of road workers in the regions;
• personnel accounting in full.

What is important to us?

• Knowledge of effective search methods and channels;
• practical skills of conducting interviews with candidates;
• experience in a similar position from 1 year;
• competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
• confident user of Microsoft office.

Working conditions

• Working week from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00 in a comfortable office;
• provision of mobile communication;
• holding of corporate events.
