Junior Operation Manager (Netpeak Core) in Netpeak Group

We are looking for an Operation Manager for an office in Odesaand remote.

This is a springboard vacancy aimed at identifying and developing abilities to prepare for further transition to other teams or departments of companies within the Netpeak Group.

Working in the position of Operation Manger is an opportunity to pump up your soft skills - we will teach you how to effectively negotiate the best terms of cooperation, and hard skills - we make a lot of plates for accounting, orders and control (spoiler: with us you will love the plates) :)

Your skills:

1. Search, verification and structuring of various information.
2. Ordering goods and services, finding contractors, agreeing terms of cooperation and control of work performance.
3. Accounting of costs , formation of requests for payment of expenses.
4. Execution of personal assignments of top managers.
5. Selection and ordering of goods (books, equipment, gifts).
6. Organization of meetings ( online).
7. Purchase of tickets, organization of transfer.
8. Formation and analysis of questionnaires (google forms) for internal use.
9. Management of small team projects as project- manager, or development / improvement of processes.
10. Formation and organization of sending merchandise and gift boxes.

1. Payment is a rate + bonus. This means that you yourself influence your income, but you have a "safety cushion" in the form of a fixed payment.
2. Flexible work schedule with the possibility start the working day from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and end from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
