A group of companies specializing in innovative solutions in the field of robotics, due to expansion, restructuring and a desire for deeper integration into development processes, is looking for < b style="font-style: inherit; font-weight: 700">Technical project manager.

The main goal of the project is to develop a reliable, secure and efficient communication system for military operations. This will allow uninterrupted communication between units in conditions of active radio-electronic warfare and a complex tactical situation. We strive to improve the processes of gathering and processing information, ensuring seamless communication and coordination in the most difficult environments to enhance the effectiveness of unmanned systems in various combat scenarios.

The company develops the latest radio reconnaissance and communication systems that will allow equipment and unmanned systems to perform tasks with high accuracy in conditions of electronic interference. These technologies should provide improved communication and increased system efficiency in various operational scenarios.

We are looking for candidates with experience in managing technically complex projects who understand all stages product development, guided by modern technologies, able to effectively organize work processes and combine technical and leadership skills to be part of a reliable rear for our defenders.

Responsibilities:

- Ensuring, controlling and supporting the product life cycle: development, launch into production, receiving feedback, modernization;

- Organization of an orderly and synchronous development process of the mechanical, hardware, and software parts;

- Ensuring the interaction process of the development team between the company's divisions;

- Team management: formation and management of a team of researchers, engineers, developers and other specialists;

- Control over the maintenance of technical and design documentation of the project;

- Providing feedback from users, analysis, and decision-making regarding improvement or defect correction;

- Budgeting and control of costs: development and control of the project budget, ensuring efficient use of resources, control of costs and ensuring their compliance with goals and the project;

- Monitoring of technological trends: monitoring of technological trends, scientific research and innovative markets in order to maintaintaking leadership positions on the market and using advanced technologies in work.

Requirements:

- Experience in the development and implementation of complex engineering solutions;

- Be ready for business trips;

- Understanding robotics technologies, automated systems and military technologies;

- Experience in managing large projects;

- High result orientation, ability to be strategic thinking and decision-making;

- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with stakeholders at different levels.
