We are currently looking for a Travel Manager with a high level of organization and attention to detail, to ensure safe and comfortable business trips.

What kind of person are we waiting for?

— An organized, detail-oriented, positive Travel Manager who speaks English confidently, knows how to quickly solve complex travel problems and is ready to maintain an atmosphere of open communication.

— From 1 year of relevant experience (Travel agencies, Office Manager with a travel function, or related fields)

— Fluent spoken English – from B2

— Confident use of airline websites, reservation systems, and search tools.

— Experience clear financial reporting and cost control.

Areas of responsibility:

— Organization of business trips "on a turnkey basis": Acceptance of requests and complete closure of all needs (purchase of tickets through company websites, hotel reservations, transfers).

— Accurate reporting, calculation and payment of per diems/compensations. Emphasis on analytics and error avoidance.

— Cooperation with existing partners and active search for new, optimal solutions.

— Employee support before, during and after the business trip, prompt response to any changes.
