Hard skills:
- Excellent English communication skills (B2 or higher) with the ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English;
- Min 2+ years of commercial experience;
- Experience working with Figma (proficiency in using Design Systems, Components, Autolayouts, Prototyping, Styles, etc.);
- Experience with both UI (Visual Design, Design Principles, UI Trends, Accessibility, Interaction Design) and UX (Wireframing, Low/High-Fidelity Prototypes, User persona, User interviews, Usability testing, Customer Journey maps, Functional benchmarking, Information Architecture and other UX research types);
- Existing portfolio on Dribbble and/or Behance;
- Work experience or completed courses in HTML, CSS (JS).

- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines, responsibility and initiative;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team and with clients;

Nice to have:
- Photoshop & Illustrator: Basic knowledge of supplementary design tasks, such as image editing and vector graphics fixing;
- Education in a design field (design school, or university with a focus on design) or relevant courses (UI/UX + advanced UI/UX).

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver compelling user experiences across various projects.
- Create and maintain design systems, components, and auto-layouts in Figma.
- Develop high-fidelity UI designs and prototypes.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- Optimize designs for various platforms and devices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design solutions.
