We are a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company with over 1000+ paying customers worldwide. Our fully remote R&D team is managed directly by our CTO. As we expand, we face challenges in maintaining system stability while swiftly delivering new features to production.
Responsibilities:
- Manage product development (from analyzing requirements to managing tasks and meeting project goals) for a startup with a team of remote 2-5 developers and QA engineers.
- Deliver new functionality regularly and on time, while ensuring the stability and scalability of our production system.
- Reshape and manage processes and resources to optimize productivity.
- Work directly under the CTO and collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams.
- Lead the team through technical challenges without using them as an excuse for delays.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing product development in a remote startup environment with similar team size and scale.
- Proven hands-on experience in Front-End / Full Stack development in one of the past positions
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver under pressure.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make decisive improvements to the R&D process.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product teams.
