Construction Project Manager (Office Construction) — Headquarter in SKELAR

We are looking for a Construction Project Manager to join the SKELAR team, who will take over one of the largest construction projects in the history of the company - a flagship office with an area of ~5,300 m? (with the prospect of further large-scale facilities).

This role for a person who knows how to assemble complex systems from a large number of contractors, keep focus on quality, deadlines and budget and be the "eyes, hands and head" of the project.

Your main tasks:

— Full project management of the construction project.

— Coordination and control of all contractors.

— Management of deadlines, budget, quality and risks.

— Work with changes and stakeholder requests.

— Control of technical supervision and compliance with project decisions.

— Regular reporting and transparent communication with business.

— Construction of project management processes.

Who are we looking for?

— Experience of Construction / Project Manager in construction or repairs of large objects.

— Real cases of implemented projects (preferably — commercial real estate, offices, housing complexes, large spaces).

— Strong contractor management skills.

— Ability to work with budgets, estimates, deadlines.

— Structuredness, responsibility, system thinking.

— Willingness to be on-site and keep a hand on pulses.
