Junior Media Buyer in Easy Decision Recruitment Agency

We invite an Assistant/Junior Media Buyer to a product IT company that creates and scales Telegram applications with innovative mechanisms for attracting and retaining users.

In half a year, our first application attracted hundreds of thousands of users. Ahead is the expansion of the ecosystem, the launch of new products and many experiments.

We offer internal training and mentoring, so we consider candidates with minimal experience, but with a basic understanding of digital marketing and a desire to develop.

Responsibilities

• Working under the leadership of a Senior Media Buyer
• Preparation, launch and support of advertising campaigns in Telegram
• Preparation and testing of creatives, writing and adaptation of advertising texts (basic for testing hypotheses; for other needs, the team includes designers and copywriters)
• Control of key indicators, execution of KPIs, reporting
• Performance of operational and routine tasks
• Control of the status of advertising campaigns and advertising offices

Requirements

• Minimum experience with paid traffic
• Clear understanding of digital marketing principles
• Understanding of basic marketing metrics: CPM, CPC, CPA, LTV, ROI
• Basic creative skills (Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
• AI skills (generation of texts, creative ideas, images or simple videos)
• Ability to learn and master new technical tools
• Responsibility, independence, attention to details, proactivity

We offer

• Pay level: $1000-1200 at the start (negotiated individually), with an increase after the trial period. We are also ready to consider your request
• Work format: full-time remote
• Schedule: flexible, with team calls approximately from 10:00 to 11:00
