Therefore, we are expanding our Marketing Team and invite a marketing beginner to the position of JuniorMarketingSpecialist >!
We do not expect you to have work experience, but what is important is your strong academic knowledge in the field of marketing andPR (university / courses) + your desire to become a professional marketer, and we will definitely help you with this!

What our marketing colleagues do:populate the company website, manage social networks, ensure participation in events, organize webinars, support internal communications and much more!
< p>And what are the primary tasks you will receive at work?With the support of experienced colleagues, you will:
- Maintain marketing plans, monitor their relevance, record statuses.
- Maintain a mass media database, monitor publications, maintain a reference database.
- Search for information to prepare marketing texts, monitor Microsoft news.

- Participate in business events - both online and offline, represent the company, communicate with event participants.
- Participate in the organization of online and offline events held by Innoware.
- Monitor trends, innovations, opportunities of social networks and services, starting with LinkedIn and Google My Business.
- Participate in the organization of internal PR.
You will also:
- Actively interact with Sales, Projects and HR teams to create content.
- Follow market trends, maintaining your own awareness, study solutions and services , offered by Innoware.
- Constantly learn and develop in marketing and PR.
And in the future, you will be assigned more complex tasks depending on your talents< /strong> in the areas of content management, SMM, PR.
Our expectations regarding your knowledge and skills:< /p>
- You are studying for a master's degree or have already completed/completed studies in the field of Marketinging, PR, Journalism, Economics or IT.
- You have strong basic knowledge of marketing and PR acquired at university and/or courses.
- You have high academic results in higher education, strong analytical and logical abilities.
- Digital tools: confident user of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel; you know how to create basic visual content in one or more graphic editors.
- Language skills: your English is Upper-Intermediate or above, you are fluent in Ukrainian.
Softskills:we are looking for responsible, communicative, active and open to new knowledge. And, of course, with the desire to develop in marketing!
