Requirements:
Work Experience:
- 2 years Marketing Manager/br manager in e-commerce company (U.S.) must be.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Fluent English (C1-C2).
- Exceptional writing and editing skills, with experience creating case studies, blogs.
- Familiarity with SEO strategies and digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, email marketing platforms).
- Demonstrated ability to develop and optimize patient recruitment strategies and manage marketing metrics.
- Experience with marketing principles, including digital marketing, content creation, and brand management.
- Experience in content production and copywriting.
- Experience setting up, creating and optimising PPC campaigns through Google AdWords.
- Experience in social media campaigns for awareness and lead generation. Familiarity with the sales processes within the digital innovation or tech industry.
- Result oriented, attentiveness to the details, project management experience, creative mindset, strategic vision, autonomous.
Job Responsibilities:
- Formation of a digital marketing development strategy, determination of key metrics of digital promotion efficiency.
- Create and manage a comprehensive digital marketing strategy, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other channels, while defining key metrics for digital promotion effectiveness.
- Collaborate and develop a cohesive marketing strategy aligned with vision and our goals alongside and CEO.
- Oversee and manage all marketing channels, including social media, the website, CRM, PPC, PR and SEO.
- Enhance brand visibility through targeted campaigns and strategic use of multiple marketing channels including PR, events, awards and social media.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistent representation across all marketing materials and communication channels. Ideate, launch,and oversee innovative ad campaigns, promotions, and content creation that captivate the audience, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales.
- Co-responsible for ensuring case studies, credentials and marketing collateral are being written and produced to the highest standard and updated following market trends and updates.
- Define technical specifications for design tasks related to e-commerce operations, including product listings, videos, and promotional content.
- Collaborate with designers to ensure all content meets technical requirements and upholds brand standards.
- Write SEO-optimized product listings to enhance visibility and drive sales on all e-commerce platforms.
- Develop detailed technical briefs for copywriters to ensure high-quality product descriptions and listings that align with our brand voice and goals.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activities to guide strategic decisions.
- Continuously monitor and analyze brand and campaign performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback, reporting on results weekly, monthly, and quarterly to guide data-driven decisions.
- Continuously identify new opportunities for growth and new ideas in marketing practices and internal processes.
- Effectively measure all marketing activity using a variety of tools and software to constantly evaluate success, pivoting according to effectiveness in real-time.
- Identify and pursue new marketing opportunities, constantly optimizing tactics, targeting, and processes using real-time data analysis to improve conversion rates and campaign effectiveness.
- Own and disseminate marketing business intelligence, sharing insights across the business to keep teams informed and aligned with market trends.
Pay Structure:
Salary $1,500 (Base Pay + Bonuses).
Working Conditions:
- Full-time, remote work from anywhere, allowing for a flexible work-life balance.
- 10:00-19:00 to Kyiv, 5 days a week (Mon-Fri).
