Cleveroad is looking for a Junior Lead Generation Specialist for the Marketing team. 
A role for those who are interested in B2B communications, outbound on LinkedIn and systematic work with leads.

We attract SMB clients in the Healthcare, FinTech, EdTech business domains through structured work with the LinkedIn audience: from research to consistent follow-up and recording of results. At the start, we provide structured onboarding, templates and mentor support.

Your main tasks

  • Look for potential customers in LinkedIn (Sales Navigator) according to the specified criteria (ICP). font-style: none none">Keep order in CRM

    Together with the Marketing team, test messages and approaches, improve the lead generation process.

We expect from you

  • Written English from Intermediate.

  • Ability to work with repetitive tasks.

  • style="font-weight: 400; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">

    A basic understanding of how it worksIT product development / service company.

  • Skills in finding and analyzing information.

  • Feel free to useGoogle Sheets / Excel (basic formulas, filters, sorting).

  • Ability to use AI tools for research and preparation of draft texts will be a plus.

Would be an advantage

  • Experience in outreach / SDR / lead research (even a little).

  • CRM experience.

  • Interest in Healthcare / FinTech / EdTech.
