Junior Lead Generation Manager in JavaScript Ninjas

We are the IT outstaff company JavaScript Ninjas, specializing in the creation of web and mobile applications. For more than 10 years, we have been helping businesses from America and Europe turn ideas into reality.

We are looking for a Junior Lead Generation Manager who is ready to learn and help us attract new customers to cooperation.

? What should be done:

- Search for potential clients on UpWork and other platforms (we will learn);

- Select and analyze projects, clients and determine those relevant to our expertise; 

- Compose and send personalized cover letters, follow ups according to templates;

- Keep search reports;

- Generate quality leads and transfer to Sales manager for qualification and negotiations.

? Necessary knowledge and skills:

- Intermediate English (understanding of grammar, written literacy);

- Skills of quick search and analysis of information;

- Ability work with repetitive processes;

- Motivation to grow in Sales.

  Good, but not necessary:
- Understanding of B2B sales, especially IT;

- Knowledge of the basics of business English, business correspondence.

- Full remote;

- Schedule: Monday - Friday, from 9:00 to 18:00;

- Training and mentor on trial term;

- Trial period — 2 months (including training time);

- Payment of $500-600 per month during the trial period + review after. Next, review by work results;

- Prospect of career growth to Sales Manager;

- Official registration after successful completion of the trial period;
