Junior IT Project manager in Softesis

An international IT company with over 25 years of experience in delivering enterprise-level solutions is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator to join a dynamic and fast-growing team.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional who is, first and foremost, a strong project management specialist.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a Project Coordinator / Project Manager (Middle level) or 1+ year for Junior level

• Hands-on experience with ERP system implementations (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus, but other ERP systems are acceptable)

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• Experience working with Jira and/or Azure DevOps

• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

• Strong analytical thinking and high attention to detail

• Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills

• Responsible, proactive, and results-driven mindset

Responsibilities

• Managing ERP implementation projects end-to-end

• Managing project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables

• Budget tracking (planned vs. actual)

• Coordinating and managing project teams

• Identifying and managing project risks

• Stakeholder management and preparation of weekly and monthly status reports

• Participation in defining and executing project strategies

• Setting up, supporting, and tracking tasks in Azure DevOps

• Mentoring and supporting junior Project Coordinators
