Business analyst (Odoo ERP) in Codoo-ERP

We are expanding the team and are looking for a Business Analyst for Odoo ERP implementation projects, who does not just describe the requirements, but deeply understands the platform and knows how to translate the client's business logic into a working system.

Who we are looking for

Our ideal candidate is a specialist who:

• Confidently works with Odoo at the configuration level and system settings (system parameters, cron tasks, email logic, environment variables).

• Has a strong analytical background: detects gaps between "as is" and "as it should be", formalizes processes, structures requirements.

• Able to describe processes and solutions in BPMN / UML, prepare business and functional documentation (BRD, Use Cases, User Stories, TK).

• Orients in integrations: REST API, webhooks, understands data structures, uses Postman or similar tools.

• Understands the full SDLC: from discovery and assessment to launching the solution and post-implementation support.

• Comfortable working with clients: facilitates meetings, presents solutions, can lead a direction or project autonomously.

Main tasks

• Analyze business processes of customers, conduct gap analysis, form a vision of the target model.

• Evaluate the scope of work and risks, participate in presale and discovery-phases.

• Prepare structured documentation: BRD, process diagrams, technical descriptions, interaction diagrams.

• Participate in Odoo configuration and integration with external systems (API, webhooks).

• Work together with the Project Manager on implementation control: requirements - development - testing - launch.

• Conduct demos, train users, prepare instructions and guidelines.

• Accompany customers after go-live, help with system adaptation and development.

Terms of cooperation

• Payment format - by agreement: hourly model with project billing or fixed rate.

• Schedule: Mon-Fri, be available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (actual working hours are flexible).

• 100% remote.
