General purpose of the vacancy:
 
 Provide administrative assistance and support to the personnel department in accordance with the instructions and procedures of the HRD and Ukrainian legislation.

 The purpose of the role is to ensure the performance of all personnel-related tasks in the regional office in Mykolaiv, including hiring, induction, assistance with personnel records, etc.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist management and staff with human resources issues and concerns;
  • Manage recruitment for the area, including job posting, shortlisting, interviewing, reference screening and documentation;
  • Assist in ensuring compliance with personnel records legislation in the field of labor law and personal data protection. Interact with the regional office of the DRB to ensure the timely and accurate turnover of documentation;
  • Help to carry out the recruitment, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with the labor legislation, regulations, instructions, as well as the orders of the Head of the Representative Office;
  • Help form and manage the personal files of employees, ensure the timely sending of personal files to the regional office of the DRB;
  • Help ensure that all employees comply with the vacation rules DRB in the area of responsibility, prepare internal orders and send them for archiving to the regional DRB office;
  • Enter data into DRB Dynamics (ERP), including hiring, termination and renewal of employee contracts, review of leave requests and approvals, benefits and compensation;
  • Ensure that the performance evaluation process is carried out and that the employee has training and development opportunities;
  • Assist people to plan activities (eg ensure job descriptions are available for all roles);
  • Assist or drive people welfare initiatives.

To be successful in this role, we expect you to havemminimum 1 year of experience in HR, human resource administration, recruiting, or in any other related field.

In addition, we also expect fromand the following:

  • Experience with document management (employment contracts, orders, letters, etc.); 
  • Understanding of Ukrainian labor legislation;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (for example, Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);
  • Cultural sensitivity and ability to work in a cross-cultural environment;
  • Basic level of English (A2) or higher;
  • Fluency in Ukrainian. 
  • Higher education in the specialty "Personnel management and labor economics", "Legal science", "Documentation and information activities", "Accounting" or a related specialization.
