Requirements:

• Understanding basic HR processes (onboarding, adaptation, internal communications).
• Experience in organizing internal events or coordinating projects.
• Skills for working with Google Workspace / MS Office.
• Experience of working with corporate messengers.
• Ability to work with documentation and basic reporting.
• Basic understanding of the principles of corporate culture and employee experience.
• English from Intermediate level.
• Strong communication skills and openness.
• Organization and attention to detail.
• Proactivity and responsibility.
