Responsibilities:

• Working with personnel documentation (creating and filling out personal files of employees, preparing orders, references, practice contracts, signing personnel documents with employees, organizing archival storage of documents of dismissed employees employees);
• Maintenance of military records of conscripts, conscripts and reservists;
• Maintenance of the HR database, filling Excel tables with personal data;
• Assisting the HR Operations Team with various administrative tasks;
• Supporting and advising employees on personnel issues;
• Complying with the requirements of legislation, company policies and procedures.
