Requirements:

a degree of higher education not lower than a bachelor’s, junior bachelor’s, fluency in the state language according to the level determined by the National Commission for State Language Standards*.

Experience in the field of HR (preferred).

Regulations on the State Migration Service of Ukraine, approved by Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 20.08.2014 No. 360;

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated February 6, 2019 No. 106 "On the approval of the Regulation on the system of professional training of civil servants, heads of local state administrations, their first deputies and deputies, officials of local self-government and deputies of local councils";

Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated August 23, 2017 No. 640 "On approval of the Procedure for evaluating the results of official activities of civil servants";

Experienced user with office Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Power Point).

Working conditions: full-time employment

Working schedule: from Monday to Friday

Wage conditions:

1. postal salary — 27,727 UAH;
2. salary for the official rank employee;
3. allowances, extra payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service", the Law of Ukraine "On the State Budget of Ukraine for 2025"

Job duties:

Supporting the administration of accounts and profiles of users of the System.

Regulation of access rights to modules and functions Systems.

Supporting the administration of the placement in the System of distance courses and methodical materials of face-to-face training.

Ensuring the possibility of use by DMS employees of the functions of the System for managing training and improving qualifications in distance and face-to-face forms of education.

Developing methodological recommendations, methods and methodical materials on matters of qualification improvement, knowledge control and determining the level of competence for DMS employees.

Storage of information about personal data citizens, which became known during the performance of public service duties, which according to the law is not subject to disclosure.

Executes other assignments of the management of the sector/Department.
