Our expectations from candidates:
Supporting the HR Specialist in all aspects of their work, including administrative and organizational tasks.
Implementing personnel administration: handling hiring, transfers, dismissals, and leave registration (for staff up to 80 people).
Forming personal files.
Collecting, updating, and processing employee data, including information from personal files and other important documentation.
Preparing certificates at employees' requests and responding to their inquiries regarding HR matters, providing them with necessary information.
Processing sick leave certificates and preparing protocols.

Your future tasks:
Supporting the HR specialist in all aspects of work, including administrative and organizational tasks.
Management of personnel administration: registration of hiring, transfers, dismissals and vacation registration (up to 80 people).
Formation and management of personal files of employees.
Collection, updating and processing of employee data, work with personal cards and other important documentation.
Preparation of references to the requests of employees and providing answers to their questions regarding personnel matters.
Processing of sick leaves (hospital) and preparation of relevant protocols.
Our expectations from candidates:
Higher education (we are ready to consider recent students courses).
Confident command of a PC and office programs (Word, Excel, etc.).
Experience with programs will be an advantage: 1C (BAF 8.3), M.E.Doc, Vchasno
Attention to details and the ability to carefully work with documentation.
High communication and organizational skills skills.
Hybrid work format: 3 days a week in the office, 2 days - remotely.
