We are looking for a HRD / Head of HR, who will (a) undertake the development of the HR function of the company, strengthening the employer brand and building a system of training and personnel development.

Requirements:

• Experience in the position of HRD / Head of HR / HR Business Partner.
• Strong communication skills and working with managers.
• Strategic thinking and result orientation.

Main duties:

• Formation and implementation of the company's HR strategy in accordance with business goals.
• Management of key HR processes: recruiting, adaptation, development and retention of personnel.
• Planning and control of the labor remuneration fund (FOP), analysis of the effectiveness of personnel costs.
• Development and implementation of EVP and systematic development of the employer brand.
• Building and development of a training and development system of personnel, implementation of programs to improve competences.
• Implementation of HR projects aimed at increasing the efficiency of teams and the development of corporate culture.
