As a Junior HR, you’ll play a key role in making that happen - while also developing your skills in a friendly and flexible work environment. 

What you'll be doing  

As a valued member of our HR team, you’ll have a hands-on role in making the employee experience smooth, fun, and well-organized: 

  • Keep employee records up to date and support day-to-day HR tasks. 

  • Work with data and prepare analytics, reports, and presentations to support the HR team in decision-making and ongoing initiatives.

  • Help manage PTO and sick leave requests, making sure everything is timely and well-documented. 

  • Coordinate our English classes - from student lists to certified exams and communication with teachers.  

  • Support onboarding to ensure a positive experience for newcomers. 

  • Coordinate meetings and reminders related to our Performance Assessment cycle. 

  • Develop our internal Employer Branding by enhancing employee experience and engagement (internal communication, employee recognition programs, online and offline events).  

  • Contribute to our external Employer Branding by preparing social media content, developing partnerships with universities and participating in cool campaigns. 

  • Take part in improving our employee benefits and making them even more engaging. 

What we’re looking for  

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree (or final-year student) in HR, Psychology, or a related field. 

  • 6 months to 1 year+ of experience in HR, admin, or office support roles. 

  • Strong communication skills in both English (B2+) and Ukrainian. 

  • Comfortable working with numbers and Excel (think formulas, pivot tables, reports- you’ll pick it up quickly if you're curious!). 

  • Confident using Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools like Teams. 

  • Organized, detail-focused, and able to juggle several things without missing a beat. 

  • Most importantly - a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a genuine interest in HR and people!
