Junior system administrator (not remotely) in Urban Design Studio

About the job

We are looking for a junior system administrator who will help maintain the stable operation of computer equipment, network and internal IT systems of the company. The position is suitable for candidates who want to develop in the field of IT infrastructure and system administration.

We consider candidates without experience or students of technical specialties - we conduct training.

What needs to be done

Technical support

• installation and configuration of operating systems and software

• preparation of workplaces for employees (PCs, laptops, peripherals)

• basic diagnostics and elimination of technical problems

Working with the network

• assistance in maintaining the local network of the company

• connecting and configuring network equipment

• monitoring the stability of the Internet connection

Support users

• assisting employees in solving technical issues

• setting up access to internal systems

• consulting on working with programs and equipment

Administrative tasks

• keeping records of equipment and equipment

• preparing simple technical reports

• helping the senior system administrator with current tasks

Work experience will be a plus, but it is not mandatory - we teach.
