Junior Financial Analyst in Strim.co

We are looking for a Junior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for maintaining financial tables, structuring and controlling data, preparing analytics and automating regular processes in Google Sheets.

If you like working with numbers, order in data, and a systematic approach to finance, you will be interested.

Basic responsibilities:

• maintenance and updating of financial tables and internal registers;

• entering, checking, reconciliation and systematization of financial data;

• accounting of income, expenses, payments, balances and other operational indicators;

• preparation of regular management and operational reporting;

• control of completeness, correctness and consistency of data in tables;

• work with large data sets, their cleaning, arrangement and updating;

• maintenance, improvement and automation of financial tables in Google Sheets;

• building formulas, calculation logic, templates, summary tables and simple dashboards in Google Sheets;

• automation of repetitive manual operations and improvement of existing tables;

• analysis of indicators, identification of discrepancies, errors and deviations;

• preparation of data, explanations and analytical materials.
  
  

What we expect:

• confident command of Google Sheets;

• ability to build complex formulas, structure large data sets and automate calculations;

• attention to details, systematic and high level of responsibility;

• ability independently organize data and improve existing financial processes;

• readiness for systematic work with routine financial operations, regular updating of data, reconciliations and control of indicators;

• attention to details and the ability to work efficiently with the same type of tasks for a long time without losing accuracy;

• analytical thinking, systematicity and responsibility;

• ability to work independently organize information and improve existing processes.

Would be a plus:

• experience in automating spreadsheets, setting up reporting templates, Google Forms, Apps Script or other automation tools;

• understanding of the basic logic of financial processes, accounting for income, expenses and cash flows, as well as experience with financial accounting, internal reporting or financial analytics. 400">
