Junior Data Analyst (S&G) in SKELAR

Together with our co-founders, we are gathering strong teams to launch tech businesses and win on global markets. We are looking for a Data Analyst to join the Strategy & Growth (S&G) team. The goal of the team is to make high-quality management decisions and facilitate their implementation. We achieve this through the organization of corporate governance and quality analytics of the operational activities of our businesses and infrastructure teams. In this position, your challenges will be:— Collect and analyze data on internal processes of infrastructure departments (recruiting, HR, administration, Helpdesk, etc.) to identify points growth and bottlenecks;— Develop metrics and dashboards: set up user-friendly analytics tools to track process performance and make data-driven decisions;— Ad-hoc analytics for infrastructure: for example, analyzing data from an external survey about the employer brand and forming conclusions;— Implement BI/ETL tools: design the architecture of data storage, processing and integration, ensure their quality and relevance;— Train teams: conduct sessions on competent work with dashboards and reports, promote a data-driven culture throughout the organization;— Propose improvements in processes: based on analytics, help teams make processes faster, more transparent and more efficient;— Develop recommendations for the development of internal services. What is important for us:— It is desirable to have 1 year of experience in analytics or consulting. If the experience is not such, but relevant, tell about it in the motivation letter;— Business orientation: orientation to the essence, everything that is calculated or analyzed should lead to some qualitative conclusions and make sense;— Professional values: pedantry, systematicity and discipline in actions, structure and consistency in the performance of work tasks;— Competences and skills: critical thinking, analytical, working with data, effective communication skills, the ability to quickly and easily adapt to changes.— The stack you will need to work with: Google Sheets, Looker studio, SQL, BigQuery.— The ability to work with: Airflow, Python, Zapier, Notion will be a plus.
