Junior Data Analyst (Return Zone) in SKELAR

We are currently looking for a Data Analyst for our portfolio company TENTENS Tech. TENTENS Tech is a Ukrainian IT company that develops platforms in the field of streaming and social discovery. The TENTENS Tech team has the experience of successfully launching dozens of platforms that are used by millions of people on all continents of the world (except Antarctica, so far). And the slogan We don't think limits reflects both the company's strategic thinking and the team's motivation to always race far beyond the horizon. We have a powerful analytics team of 20+ employees. We are looking for: a talented Data Analyst in the Return Zone department, who is responsible for returning the audience to projects through Retention marketing channels (email, web-push, SMS, etc.). You will take responsibility for analyzing and improving the delivery of e-mails: monitoring key metrics, finding points of their growth, identifying and eliminating the causes of declines that affect the effectiveness of this Retention channel. This is a great opportunity to grow as an analyst where you will be able to influence results through change implementation and continuous data analysis. What Challenges Await You in the Data Analyst Role— Conducting data-driven research to find growth points;— Supporting A/B tests on at all stages from the formation of hypotheses to the post-analysis of the results;— Analysis of errors from various mailers, initiation of decisions based on them;— Monitoring of the main metrics of the zone, outputting alerts about sudden changes in them;— Cooperation with analysts, development teams and product managers to improve the delivery of e-mails. What is important to us:— Experience with SQL;— Understanding of the basics of statistics and data analysis methods;— Analytical thinking and passion for working with data; — Skills in structuring and visualizing information;— Accuracy, attention to detail;— Ability to work in a team. It will be a plus:— Experience with visualization tools (preferably Tableau);— Experience with Python (pandas, numpy, sklearn); — Domain knowledge in the field of e-mail marketing.
